I had a great experience with this aircon servicing company. The technicians are professional and very thorough with the cleaning. They explained the process clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly (including cleaning my bathroom after chemical wash) before leaving. The aircon is now much cooler and quieter. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and efficient service!

My aircon is bad leaking when I call city cooling they quick help me to shedule on the same day , when the technician come and check my aircon they patient to explain the aircon issue and suggest us need chemical clean , the price reasonable too so we decide to process the jobs after the technician done they double check all aircon is fine then they left , the office customer servicing also very polite !highly recommended this company

City Cooling terminated my contract 1-sided after 3 sessions.At the 3rd session, a new CC technician spoilt one unit of my 14 aircon units. The technician claimed the aircon was spoilt when they arrived. It was not true. And the technicians moved on as if “too bad, nothing we can do”.I insisted CC should repair the aircon. Anyway to Catherine’s credit, she told me they will be responsible and the technicians did try to rectify but were not knowledgeable enough to solve the problem.An experienced technician came another day and repaired the aircon unit.I told Catherine that they should send experience staff, then both CC and myself don’t have to waste time and money.That’s when Catherine told me CC will terminate the contract with me. After Catherine WhatsApp CC’s intention, CC doesn’t answer my calls and ignore my text messages. Initially Before Catherine terminated the contract, she was very helpful.I called CASE. CASE told me what CASE will do is to get CC to refund me.

The guy from this company came to do aircon servicing. He did chemical wash to my son's room as water was dripping..he did thorough check on my gas too.The other 2 rooms were ok. I hope my problem that is aircon dripping will be solve with this chemical washing.

Just had a very good experience with City Cooling's technicians Yong and Soon, for which I would like to commend them.One of my aircon units is a particularly tricky one, as it is located close to a high ceiling, to service a loft area, and can only be accessed via a 5m ladder. Many companies have not been able to do the job (esp for chemical overhaul).After realising that their original ladder was too short, instead of turning down the job, they went to obtain the right ladder, and completed it without any fuss. Their attitude was very professional,. They also recommended a long-term solution to relocate the aircon unit, such that it would be less problematic for servicing in future, which was very useful.Lastly, they were on time, which I really appreciate, due to bad experiences with other servicing companies. Looking at taking up a regular contract with them in future.Updated review (2025): Have been with this servicing company for years. Good rate, reliable, and always prompt in checking in for regular servicing. Thanks!
