Use at your own risk.Just used them for servicing today. Aircons have been regularly serviced every 3 months, last service had no issues (not by them). Come for the first time today already pushing for many unwarranted services - stating condenser is VERY dirty and requires chemical cleaning and Gas topup.My aircons are all still working very well and are still very cooling with great airflow. Wondering why such services are suddenly brought up. We all know that gas dont just drop by itself and require regular topup. Does he mean that there is a LEAK somewhere and if that is so why didnt he suggest a leak check but just GAS topups? Honestly sounds like a scam to earn a quick buck. (I have friends who used their services as well, seems like this Gas topup and chemical wash combo are frequently suggested to them as well).Use it at your own risk. If you are fine with not trusting your aircon servicing for proper maintenance and problem checks, then please go ahead. Definitely not a trust worthy company

I'm impressed that the air con technician, Jun Hao, was punctual for both the visits (check and repair). My air con is an old model and was glad the company has stock for new outdoor pcb. There was no hard sell tactic. In fact, Jun Hao mentioned that our air con was well maintained and still can repair. I appreciated the fact that he was honest. He also helped checked my other outdoor compressor during the repair. Besides, the repair cost was reasonable. Thank you!

I recently engaged Technician Aslam from City Cooling Pte Ltd, for aircon servicing and I’m extremely satisfied with the work done. The technician arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He cleaned every part thoroughly, checked for any issues, and even gave useful tips on maintenance. My aircons now blow cold air perfectly and are much quieter than before. The pricing was transparent and reasonable, no hidden charges at all. Will definitely book them again and highly recommend to everyone!

Used this company since 2021 for quarterly servicing of 5 units. While the basic servicing itself was generally fine, almost every visit involved attempts to upsell additional chargeable services.Most recently, the technician persuaded my wife to approve and pay S$180 for condenser cleaning on the spot, despite the condenser having already been serviced by another company only a few months earlier and without any obvious performance issues.My issue is not that recommendations were made, but the repeated pressure-selling approach during routine maintenance visits, especially when speaking to someone who is not in a position to assess the technical necessity in real time. Major maintenance items like this should be properly discussed with the landlord/homeowner first rather than pushed during a service appointment.After several years as a customer, this experience significantly reduced my trust and I will not be renewing the contract.

Absolute waste of time engaging them. Messaged them to fix an appointment for site visit, they forgot about it on the actual day and said that they are not aware. Then suddenly remembered, gave me a wrong technician number. Had to chase them for a quotation and said that they don’t have the ability to carry out the works. No apology, no explanation. Terrible service and waste of time. Not professional

I contacted City Cooling Pte Ltd on the morning of 9 May as my air con.was not working. City Cooling air con serviceman came to my house at 2Pm to service my air con. Within 5 mins, he find out the problem & change the part in less than 7 mins, & the air con is back in working condition.City Cooling provided excellent service & it's serviceman is very experience.Highly recommend anyone who required to service their air con.

City Cooling helped to resolve the issue with my aircon fan coil unit. The replacement fee was reasonable, and the overall service experience was good.Special thanks to technician Aung Wuil and his partner. They were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. They managed to address most of the issues and also took the time to share useful knowledge and advice about the aircon system, which I really appreciated.The only area for improvement would be the appointment scheduling, as the timing was delayed on several occasions. If this aspect can be improved, the overall customer experience would be even better.Overall, I appreciate the team’s professionalism and effort. Thank you City Cooling.

Been using their service for years now and they have done great job each time for ac service. They gave clear and honest assesment each time as well when we asked if it’s time to replenish thing or do chemical cleaning. No hard sale.Thank you city cooling.Update april 2026:Not sure about the recent technicians that coming to service our aircons, there was time that technician was very rough, today technician had trouble opening the bigger aircon (which other technicians didn’t seem to have problem). no longer great service over time.

Engage city cooling for the first time to wash my LG inverter aircond (black). Reasonable price for four units of aircond. Came on time with one service crew.Even though a one man show but the service crew did a very detail washing. Every part of the aircond that can be dismantle to wash throughouly. And clean up after servicing. Pretty amazing. Will use them again for sure.
